My name is Chris. I've been doing photography now for many years. I'm self taught. But still learning and open to new idea's. I've been comming to maui now for several years. Thanks to my loving Aunt whom has welcomed me. I save my tips from work as limo driver and visit family on island. My hobbies include photography. I stumbled upon some folks at big beach a local beach in Makena. That is where to get the best photo's from inside the barrels of waves. Mainly because of the clear water and the dangerous shore breaks. I was hooked. Can be very dangerous when its big. These waves break right at the shore. Some waves reach seven eight feet in one foot or less of water. So its a thrill and can be fun just trying to get that perfect photo. I also venture in landscape photography. I used to do so many sunsets to the point where girlfriend among others teased me on my addiction to sunsets. But I enjoy it and every sunset is unique and enjoy learning everyday!
